In the app (instant)

1. Open Retrofun → Settings (gear icon) → Account.
2. Tap DELETE ACCOUNT and confirm.
3. Choose your Google account again to confirm it is you. Deletion happens immediately.

Without the app

Email nguyenphathung776@gmail.com from the Google address you signed in with, subject Retrofun account deletion. We delete the account within 30 days and reply when done.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account (Firebase Authentication).
• All cloud save backups and automatic backups.
• Your profile and email-preference settings.
• Redeemed gift codes and the link between your store purchase and this account.

What is kept

• Game saves stored only on your device stay on your device until you uninstall the app.
• A Google Play / App Store purchase stays with your store account; Google or Apple keep their own purchase records.
• Anonymous crash and usage statistics that are not linked to your account.

Trong ứng dụng (xoá ngay)

1. Mở Retrofun → Cài đặt (biểu tượng bánh răng) → Tài khoản.
2. Bấm XOÁ TÀI KHOẢN và xác nhận.
3. Chọn lại tài khoản Google để xác minh. Tài khoản bị xoá ngay lập tức.

Không cần ứng dụng

Gửi email tới nguyenphathung776@gmail.com từ địa chỉ Google bạn đã dùng để đăng nhập, tiêu đề Retrofun account deletion. Chúng tôi xoá trong vòng 30 ngày và trả lời khi xong.

Dữ liệu bị xoá

• Tài khoản đăng nhập, toàn bộ bản sao lưu trên mây (kể cả bản tự động), hồ sơ và tuỳ chọn email.
• Mã quà tặng đã đổi và liên kết giao dịch mua với tài khoản này.

Dữ liệu được giữ lại

• Bản lưu chỉ nằm trên máy của bạn (đến khi gỡ ứng dụng).
• Giao dịch mua trên Google Play / App Store vẫn thuộc tài khoản cửa hàng của bạn.
• Thống kê lỗi và sử dụng ẩn danh, không gắn với tài khoản.
